MY FISHY IS FLOATING ON IT'S SIDE AND BREATHING?!?!?! HELLPPP!!!?

I just got up here and I see her laying on her plant. I thought she was dead until I saw her breathing heavily... The color of her body seems the same but here eyes are bulging out. I transfered her to a bowl and gave her food. Then I was reading that it might have something to do with her eating too much so then I transfered her to another bowl. Gave her no more food but I know it's bad to have them switch bowls too fast. I don't know what to do! My mother and I are trying to figure out what it is on this website. Does anyone know what this is? ANYONE? I removed her with a fishnet from tank to bowl to bowl. HELP!!!!
