What image of God were we made in?

Well I hope it wasn't physical. If it was I would be able to induce that God is pretty ugly by looking in the mirror. It isn't spirit either, because humans sin. It wasn't mind either, because God's mind is flawless, and humans' minds are not. So maby God didn't create humans, unless God is ugly like me.
