Do I have a Tumor? Or is it a cyst?

It's on the male reproductive system. On the left testicle.. I'm scared out of my mind! It's kind of hard but only hurts when squeezed hard. It's been here for a couple of months and it hasn't grown or started hurting. It doesn't seem to have any symptoms of a tumor but I'm still scared! Please answer quick!
