What can I write more in this essay?

As many believe, poverty in the Philippines is caused by the country’s enormous population. Statistics from CIA World Factbook indicate that the country has over 100 million people as of July 2011. For that reason, former legislators are pushing for the implementation of the Reproductive Health (RH) Bill, which aims to promote methods and give information on birth control. The country’s poor condition cannot be overcome if the population problem still exists. Therefore, RH Bill should be approved by the government.
