Fellow Christians: Do you believe hell for the unbeliever, is like burning to death in a fire, but never dying?

No I do not believe that the non-believer burns endlessly in hell. The Bible says that the dead are conscious of nothing at all, they have no knowledge, no thinking ability-so how could they be in unfathomable agony? Eccl 9:5,6,+10; Psalms 146:4. The illustration is speaking of two different classes of people, not of a literal burning hell. The money hungry loving Pharisees sneer at Jesus’ teaching, but he tells them: “You are those who declare yourselves righteous before men, but God knows your hearts; because what is lofty among men is a disgusting thing in God’s sight.” (16:15) By the illustration of the rich man and Lazarus, he shows how great is the chasm that is fixed between those favored and those disapproved by God.
