Can i donate my sexual reproductive organs?

is it possible to get them took out? and donated to a woman who needs them, or science? not that i am a cruel person, but I hate kids and i never want them. And don't mention birth control, or tubal lagation surgery, because i already know about that. i want to know is there a surgical procedure that can get what-ever parts of my body that is able to produce kids OUT. if so what is the procedure called?
