Can MRIs and anti-estrogen medications on a teen impact fertility later?

When I was a tween, I had a desmoid tumor (benign). Doctor put me on something called Tormerifine (not sure of the spelling) which was a derivative of Tamoxifen under research at the time. Then I got MRIs once a week for 6 months to check the progress. I ended up getting surgery for it at age 14. Is there a chance these treatments could have altered my reproductive system? It was on my lower back, just below my waist, and that was 20 years ago.
