Creationists: How can you expect people to take you seriously when you say things like this?

I have read and heard many things that that from fundies, but there are also trolls out there saying things like that to make fundies look like idiots. They need little help, but you cannot tell the difference from fundies who have no clue and trolls laughing their heads off.
