Does this outfit seem too "Ptot"ish?

So, I'm not 18 yet and I was wondering if this outfit is too "ptot"ish? A zippable top that zips both directions that I pull the bottom zipper up so you can see my belly button. Jean shorts with pink fishnet under them and those fuzzy leg warmer things. I mean, it could be worse, right?
