Only had one period?!?!?

Hello I'm 14 and I had my first period 5 months ago, and it lasted 16 days (which was hell lol) But, I have yet to have another one since (NO SPOTTING OR ANYTHING). I'm scared, and I'm worried that I may have fried my reproductive organs threw x-rays. I have had over 63 x-ray scan thingys. I'm scared and please help. I'm new too all of this. Honestly PLEASE help me.
