Should I dress up for my first time at Rocky Horror?

My brother is taking me to Rocky Horror in a few months, July or August, and I was wondering if I should dress up or not. I have fishnets, a pearl necklace and a rocky horror shirt (but I'll probably leave that one out) Would it be better to go in normal clothes?
