What to wear for a little mermaid ariel outift!!!!!!!!!?

im going to this party and i have to find an outift for the Ariel from the little mermaid that i can dance in and also cute. i want it to be kind of scandalous but still classy. i am wearing spandex and i just need to decide what to wear as a shirt. i was thinking a fishnet shirt with a sparkly bandeux but i want it to stand out so if you have any ideas please respond to this quetion thanks(:
