When/how does Luke Skywalker die?

Ok we know Luke Skywalker dies sometime before 137 ABY. Anyone have any idea on when and how? Who thinks he might die at the end oth the fate of the Jedi series.Also what do you think these celestial's are we know Luke can't die till they appear sense it was predicted that they would re appear in his lifetime. So what do yall think?
