Will i look slutty if i wear fishnets to a party?

Ok, im going to my friends 14th birthday party and everyone is wearing dresses of all kinds.im 14 and wearing a black dress which comes in at my waist and goes down to just above my knees. Im also wearing heels. Its a rock kind of party where a load of bands come and play. And my outfiit would look great if i wear fishnets but im scared they look slutty but i really wanna impress this other guy... HELP
